WCSPOA was formed to bind together in a closer bond of fraternity the represented employees of the WCSPOA, for mutual protection, to aid each other in sickness and distress, and to foster a good fellowship among members of the WCSPOA. It represents member employees in their relations with the District and the Department, and accrues monies to offset the cost of professional assistance in accomplishing these purposes.
WCSPOA is self-funded and maintains a small membership of approximately 30 members. We are few in number and incredibly appreciative of demonstrations of support.
